Global wellness company are looking for an experienced Customer Services/Account Manager to join their multi-lingual team at their prestigious Milton Keynes European Head Office.

  • Manage Diamond Club website content/functionality
  • Process applications
  • Coordinate Diamond Club calls
  • Coordinate Convention and Leadership events
  • Coordinate Diamond Club Award Events (Leadership, Sourcing Trip, Convention)
  • Manage award creation
  • Manage prize inventory/distribution
  • Create winners power point
  • Manage weekly communication with Wellness Advocates Participants

Qualifications and Experience

  • Fluency in English and (any additional language a bonus)
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and social media
  • Must be self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and problem solve efficiently.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to connect/relate to people.
