As the Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth from existing relationships with current clients; as well as onboarding new clients. Your primary responsibility will be building on an already fruitful relationships in order to ensure the company's revenue objectives are met and exceeded year on year.

Description

As the Account Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with business clients.
  • Drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strategise and execute plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
  • Identify business opportunities and expand client base.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts to management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure client needs are met.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Profile

A successful Account Manager should have:

  • Proven sales experience in the Events Services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
