About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to sell bespoke solutions through a consultative sales approach, understanding the unique needs of each client and delivering tailored solutions that drive business growth. In addition, you will be responsible for nurturing existing business relationships to ensure repeat business and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Regenerating lapsed accounts

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within a market sector.

Implement effective account management strategies to nurture and retain existing business relationships.

Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a solution or service provider

Exceptional consultative selling and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
