We are looking for an Account Executive to join a great B-Corp certified lifestyle brad based in London, that offers great company culture and benefits!

JOB DIMENSIONS

You will have your own targets while feeding into wider Marketing and Sales objectives - both in revenue targets and new customer sign up.

MAIN DUTIES:

The Account Executive is responsible for:

  • Onboarding new prospects, booking & ensuring meetings take place and educating the prospect pre- and post-meeting
  • Upselling potential business users currently buying on our consumer gift platform
  • Using our CRM system to keep their client list data up to date and staying on top of their tasks
  • Supporting clients with their day-to-day needs, ensuring 1st class service
  • Working across teams to provide swift responses to client requests
  • Creating fantastic client relationships
  • Providing reporting and analytics to both clients and team members
  • Plan, prep and present presentations
  • Be a key link between the Account Management team and the Orders and Partnerships team
  • Have a strong working understanding of our core inhouse systems
  • Work quickly to organise bespoke reward solutions
  • Quickly understand our Zoho CRM system and help the rest of the ACM team in using the solution
  • Oversee the build of the new client schemes, delivering against deadlines
  • Work on internal development projects as assigned and proactively created from identified business needs

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Critical thinking skills and naturally curious
  • Quick to learn, technically astute and able to analyse and understand data
  • Experience working with all the Microsoft Office suite
  • Self-starter, able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in, at pace
  • Patient and adaptable in an ever-changing environment
  • An organised approach to work with great planning and time management skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • A personal commitment to learning and keeping knowledge of the reward and recognition industry

Competitive Annual Pay + BONUS + COMMISSION (Uncapped OTE) + PROFIT SHARE

Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week, normally between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. HYBRID

Holidays:25 days per annum, plus 8 days bank holiday
