Accommodation Manager

RSR Justice are currently recruiting on behalf of an organisation based in West Yorkshire for an Accommodation Manager.

The purpose of this role is to act as a senior member of the support team utilising their skills in supporting the managers to ensure that members of their nominated team are empowered to encourage and help residents also to become empowered and lead healthy lives.

This is a fulltime, permanent role, offering a salary of £31,700.

Main Duties:

• Provide advice and support the team to ensure client’s needs are met.
• Arrange and run the weekly team meetings and attend any other meeting as appropriate.
• When requested, cascade information provided by Senior Managers to the team ensuring that any new procedures are implemented and permanently followed.
• Ensuring daily or weekly documentation is completed in its entirety and on time including Security Sheets, Expenses and Receipts.
• Ensure KPIs are met on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure that the quality agenda is followed, and changes are embedded within the working processes.

Essential Requirements:

• Good verbal and written command of the English language.
• GCSE’s A* to C in Maths and English or equivalent.
• Substantial knowledge of modern slavery, asylum, victims of domestic violence.
• Understanding of a quality management system and how to embed it in all processes and procedures.
• Experience of dealing with people issues and managing conflict.

Role is subject to DBS check at the relevant level.
