A&H Senior Underwriter

We are working with a highly regarded syndicate who are looking to hire a Senior A&H Underwriter, to assist with the unprecedented portfolio growth this business has seen in the last few years. This is a wholesale portfolio, incorporating D&F risks which are written on both an open market basis across both syndicate and company paper.

This is a small team, which means you will enjoy a wider authority than just day to day underwriting, including deputising for the Underwriting Manager across a range of responsibilities. You will typically see higher value risks which will undergo technical risk selection, with the focus being on the bottom line / profitability.

They will consider A&H Underwriters from either a company or syndicate background.
