Join a fast-paced IT MSP as a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer and embark on a journey of continuous professional growth. 

This job offers hybrid working; the office is based in Holborn. 

THE 3rd LINE IT SUPPORT ENGINEER JOB:
This job is for a very capable engineer seeking a lot of responsibility and seniority:
  • Project management of new clients with pre-project planning and work-briefings
  • Integrating and solving problems in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Server, Exchange, SQL, IIS, VPNs, firewalls, backups and more.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Extensive significant IT support experience
  • A good communicator, particularly when dealing with non-technical customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and deployment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure
  • Strong knowledge of server operating systems
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac troubleshooting and configuration
  • Ideally, knowledge of networking and firewalls
  • Must be London based.
  • We highly value previous experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment.
