360 Excavator Operator

The Recruitment Co. is urgently recruiting for a 360 Excavator Operator to join our clients team based in the Neath Abbey area. Paid Weekly!

Rate of pay: £11.50ph. Any hours worked over 40 hours will be paid at time 1/3 which is £15.30ph.
Hours of work: Full time: Monday to Friday 6.30am-4.30pm
Contract: Temp to perm contract after 12 weeks subject to passing probation

Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner
• Performing several tasks such as digging trenches, grading land, moving materials around the site, breaking materials with attachment, excavating etc
• Following detailed project plans
• Health and safety checks on equipment
• Follow site Health and Safety rules and procedures at all times
• Perform any other task given within your capabilities

Experience required:

• 360 Excavator experience
• Able to operate machinery precisely and in a safe manner
• Able to read and interpret project plans
• Mechanically minded
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications required:

• 360 Excavator License
• Shovel licence - desirable
