We have a brand new role for an ambitious 2nd Line Support Engineer who is ready for their next challenge! The company an MSP based in Bolton, close to transport links, and are keen to expand their team after a successful first quarter.

They are always on top of the latest changes and developments within the tech industry, enabling them to offer the highest standard of service. They have plenty of ambitious goals to achieve in the coming years, with the team expected to grow exponentially in coming months. Now is the perfect time to join!

The Role

The company are looking for someone who is ready to join highly successful team to play a pivotal role in the support of their business users both local and regional.

You will be the go-to problem solver, tackling a diverse range of customer IT support cases with efficiency and professionalism so great communication skills are a must! You will be the IT Support Engineer to provide onsite, workshop and remote IT support.

The role is being offered on a hybrid basis with 2 days on-site per week.

Tech Requirements

• 2-4 years of 2nd Line experience
• Azure AD
• O365
• Cisco
• Windows Servers
• Networking
• Veeam
• Hyper-V
• Active Directory
• Previous MSP experience is a bonus

Non-Tech Requirements

• Great interpersonal skills
• Planning and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail
• Valid UK Driving Liscence is a plus!
