First Line Support

12 Months Contract - London based

£20 per hour to £32.50 per hour

A well established high end innovative global IT networking firm is looking to expand the UK office and are therefore seeking a first line support engineer to join on a contract basis.

This is a customer facing role where you will be responsible for end user support. The role will be centred around:- Computer, Apps and audio visual equipment.

As a Support Engineer you will be responsible for

  • Service desk support
  • Responding to tickets

The Successful candidate should have experience in the following;

  • Mac
  • IOS
  • Android
  • Windows
  • Laptops
  • Mobile devices
  • Two factor authentication

Hybrid working (2 or 3 days in the office)

£20 per hour / £32.50 per hour
