09:00 – 9:30 Welcome and coffee. Objectives of the course and Speed-Breaking exercise.
09:30 – 10:00 The advantages, issues and skills sets required to write emails. What annoys us and what delights us?
10:00 – 10:30 Best practice. The golden rules to writing an outstanding email.
10:30 – 11:00 Verbal communication skills. The challenge of misinterpretation.
11:30 – 12:00 What have we learnt? Opportunity to respond in teams to explosive emails and compose a response that resolves.
12:00 – 12:45 Our 10 top tips for our business. What are we going to stop doing, keep doing and start doing from tomorrow.
