- Visual Management Systems- The learner will understand to be truly effective Visual Management Systems (VMS) need to be an integrated part of continuous improvement culture, with the objective being to manage processes in real-time. Course duration

Test and certificate
The end of each course there is a test consisting of multiple choice questions. Learners are required to achieve a 80% pass mark, and, if necessary, may attempt the test multiple times at no extra cost.
Learners will be able to download a digital certificate on completion. This can be printed, and we suggest you keep it for your records.
