The CMI Level 5 Qualifications in Professional Consulting (RQF) have been developed by Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in cooperation with the Institute of Consulting (IC).

These qualifications are designed for Professional Consultants who want to develop their strategic skills with consulting such as organisational structure and culture, entry and diagnosis, communicating strategies for consulting and group dynamics and facilitating skills. The equivalent academic level is HND/Degree level.

Our courses are designed to accommodate work-life balance: flexible start dates, flexible timetables, no classroom attendance and assessment by assignments only, no examinations. All students are allocated a qualified CMI Online distance learning tutor.

You will be supported thoughout your learning journey by your coach tutor who is a Chartered Management Consultant.

CMI Level 5 Certificate in professional consulting (5C26V2)

Learners need to complete any combination of units to a minimum of 13 credits. The minimum Total Qualification Time is 130 hours, including 55 Guided Learning Hours.

Who is this course for?

These qualifications are designed for aspiring and practising Professional Consultants who want to develop key skills such as planning and managing consultancy interventions, the client relationship, communication and problem-solving tools and techniques.

These qualifications have been developed in cooperation with the Institute of Consulting (IC).

Requirements

This qualification is suitable for Learners from age 19 and who are in or aspiring to a middle manager role.


There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification, but as a Learner you will be ideally to
be working within an environment where they can demonstrate skills and apply knowledge.
Alternatively, you could draw on previous experience within an organisation or use an organisation
you are familiar with.
