Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm The Role Your main duties will include: Assisting in providing an effective Customer Support Service for the department. This role is working with tenants who require support to achieve outcomes that relate to becoming better off financially, healthier or more independent in the home and community. Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm The Role Your main duties will include: Making daily contact with tenants as required, being pro-active in checking on their welfare in line with their individual support needs. To complete, maintain and review all records for sheltered schemes and all clients to a high standard; including support plans, risk assessments, daily logs, personal files, emergency details, building and fire records and monitoring information. Undertake the Premise Management function for the buildings and services provided to sheltered schemes and take the lead in investigating issues as and when they occur. Encourage tenants to become involved with activities and groups to enhance participation and accountability. Organise, develop and procure social events as desired by the tenants and encourage them to take the lead in organising themselves. We are looking for a Business Support Officer for our client based in Cardiff. This role is temporary support to carry out a data cleansing exercise for the housing asset management ICT system. This would include checking information, documents and liaising with other departments to locate missing documents. Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm - this role is working from home full time. This is a contract running from May until October. Duties will include: Updating and processing information/data in respect of non-mobile working to facilitate job progression through all work stages from raising jobs to completion of works and payment of general orders. Maintenance of relevant employee records within the service to include timesheets, flexible working, leave, sickness absence and training information. Raising orders with agreed suppliers and assisting the Business Support Co-Ordinator with the procurement of materials and supplies in accordance with the procurement policy. Week 1: Monday to Friday 08:00am - 16:00pm Week 2 : Tuesday to Saturday 08:00am - 16:00pm Duties will include: Reconciling bank statements and management and reconcilaition of petty cash. VAT submission with invoice inputting and payment. Updating platforms with codes, price updates and new products. Raising and investigating credit notes aswell as sending copy invoices and credit notes to customers. Entering purchase orders onto SAGE. Any other admin task deemed relevant and necessary. The ideal candidate will have the following experience: Computer literate - SAGE 200 experience preferred. Atleast 1-2 years working within an office environment. Excellent telephone skills.
