The company have recently completed projects throughout the construction industry including, residential, industrial, and sport and leisure. They are rapidly expanding and seeking an experienced CAD Designer to join their busy design team at their head office, in Hertford. As a CAD Designer, you will be responsible for site surveying, producing drawings, and coordinating the design of projects in the UK and Europe. The role will offer the exciting opportunity to travel abroad for work with the occasional overnight stay, all travel expenses paid for. Role responsibilities include: Carrying out dimensional site surveys on exciting projects throughout the UK and occasionally in Europe.Attending interesting design meetings, based either on site or online.Coordinating designs with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Producing detailed manufacturing and installation drawings, general arrangement drawings, and as-built drawings.The opportunity to work independently as well as part of the supportive design team.
