PAYE Temporary Employees benefits

Guaranteed offers of work

RReed guarantees to offer health care professionals at least 336 hours of work on assignment over the course of any full 12 month period, commencing on the first day of the first assignment at an hourly pay rate at least equivalent to the National Minimum Wage. This entitlement is not pro-rataed for any period of less than 12 months. If you are only available part time, the offers of work will be pro-rataed accordingly.

Reimbursed Criminal Record Bureau Disclosures / Disclosure Scotland

Once you have completed a small qualifying period of work, Reed will reimburse you the full cost of your CRB/Disclosure Scotland.

Paid Holiday

Reed provides a holiday pay scheme for our Temporary Employees and offer a maximum of 4.8 weeks paid annual leave per year, equal to 24 days on a 37.5 hour working week. For each week worked, you accumulate a value equivalent to 10.17% of your earnings in a “holiday pot”. The level of holiday pay actually received depends on your earnings.
