Tragus is into food in a big way. We own some of the UK’s most vibrant restaurants and brasseries. We’re everywhere, from high streets to shopping centres to airports to leisure parks.

And that’s true whether you join us front of house as a Team Member, Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Manager, or in our kitchens as a Kitchen Assistant, Sous Chef or Head Chef. Our portfolio comprises three big high street names: Café Rouge, Bella Italia and Strada. We also operate Ortega, Belgo, Amalfi, Potters and Huxleys.
Big on growing our successes, we’re always opening new sites or refurbishing existing ones. We’re always growing our teams and managers too, both in the kitchen and front of house, through great training and development. Undergraduates looking for placements also do well with us.
As you’d expect, our rewards are good. Typically we pay out around £1 million a year in management bonuses, and that’s on top of monthly mystery diner prizes, sales incentives and regular competitions.
