MW Appointments was founded in 1992 by Michelle Wagner FREC, with the aim of providing a professional, knowledgeable and personal recruitment service to both clients and candidates within the insurance and reinsurance sector. The company is still privately owned and operated, thus ensuring you will receive a service that genuinely cares about each individual.
Through successfully building partnerships with clients we have developed strong relationships throughout the insurance & reinsurance industry. Clients include smaller private brokers & Blue Chip PLC broking organisations, Lloyds’ brokers, Global insurers, Syndicate Managing Agents and a variety of out-source service providers. We have a history of providing permanent, temporary and contract staff from trainee through all levels to the boardroom.
