Directions Recruitment is a privately owned independent recruitment company. Our two offices in Ealing Broadway and Uxbridge are staffed with accredited consultants who have over 120 years combined recruitment experience. We know from client and applicant feedback that our service meets and exceeds that offered by other high street recruitment agencies.
Our two branches work closely together, we discuss each vacancy received then select the best possible candidates, from a shared pool. Our catchment area stretches from West London, Middlesex, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire.
We are asked to fill a wide variety of jobs in all sectors i.e. Logistics, Facilities, IT Helpdesk, Web Design, Accountancy, Banking, HR, Stock, Buying, Secretarial, Administration and Call centre staff to name but a few. We also attract and place candidates with a wide range of languages, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic and Hebrew.
Many people register because we have been highly recommended by those we have successfully found employment for. Over 60% of our registrations are through personal recommendation.
Directions Recruitment is regularly called upon by other employment agencies to help fill their client’s vacancies. Our support has helped those agencies and their clients recruit staff in locations where, finding an alternative source of high calibre applicant would otherwise have been a problem.
Often placing newspaper job adverts means sifting through a pile of unsuitable applicants and an invoice for the advertisement before you have made your final choice. With our service you only pay when you have found the right person. If you need help in the interim, we have a bank of temps with tested skills who are referenced and available immediately.
When we receive client instructions, our initial recruitment strategy is a thorough search of our own large candidate database. We then extend this search by networking, headhunting and advertising. Unlike agencies who rely on computer based applicant registrations, our clients can be assured that we see every candidate in person.
Preliminary assessments are followed by a one to one consultant interview to establish the candidate’s priorities. Typing, spelling, visual accuracy, maths and computer skills are a few of the tests evaluated. This combined with a second in depth interview finally produces the short list.
Our success is measurable by our clients and applicants recommendations. We have preferred supplier agreements with international and local clients and testimonials to prove our clients satisfaction.
