Reception Academy came about as the founders experiences of working in various hotel chains such as Hilton and Radisson. Throughout these years we gained profound knowledge as Receptionists and later Front of House Managers with teams of 40 employees. During these times as Front of House Managers we noticed that the majority of the Receptionists had completed very expensive and time consuming University Hospitality Management Degrees only to start work afterwards as Receptionists.

Displeased about the high student fees of up to £9,500 and the fact that Universities failed to teach some essential hotel knowledge we decided to work together with hotels and offer a fair and quick alternative to Universities. We therefore put together a training programme based on modern day hotel requirements and specific to major hotel brand standards. Now everyone, who is passionate about hotels, has the opportunity to complete a fast track hotel training. For as little as £599.00 anyone can become a successful employee of a fast growing hotel industry within 4 weeks.
