Course Overview:
Two full days of tutorial, followed by a practice assessment and then the real thing.
This course is run by Insights, an accredited PRINCE2® training organisation.
Day 1
• The relationship between a project and its business case
• Processes, components and techniques
• Roles, associated tasks and responsibilities
Day 2
• Structure and contents of a product focussed plan
• The management of a project relative to the project plan
• Definition, mangaement and acceptance of work packages
Day 3 - Assessment
Review of the previous days' topics, followed by assessment technique and practice.
The assessment is a 40 minute, multiple choice paper, examined at the training centre. Your results will be given to you on the same day as the examination. All assessments are included within the course fees and integrated into the programme.
