PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate - Residential
OGC/APMG International
Who is it for? The PRINCE2® foundation certificate is ideal for those managing small projects or who hold a junior project management role, and anyone who needs to participate fully and effectively within a PRINCE2™ project. It is also an excellent introductory step for those wishing to embark on a career in project management.
What is it about? PRINCE2® has become the de-facto standard throughout the UK and Europe for successfully managing projects. It encompasses many years of best practice of managing projects and provides a structured but flexible approach suited for all types of projects.
The foundation certificate provides an insight into the process oriented approach of the PRINCE2® project method and the value of using it for implementing projects. It will give you an overview of the different elements involved in PRINCE2® projects, and show you how these fit together to provide a logical framework for managing large projects. This qualification will allow you to fully understand key project roles and responsibilities.
Acquire an insight into the process-oriented approach of the PRINCE2® project method and the value of using it for implementing projects with the three day Foundation Certificate.
What will you get out of it? • Competence in the fundamental aspects of the PRINCE2® project management method • Guidelines on how to monitor a project within the boundaries of the project plan • Improved understanding and participation in a project managed in accordance with the PRINCE2® project management method
