Existing managers who have some experience leading teams but would like to develop their knowledge.

This qualification is an ideal programme for managers looking to drive improved performance and enhance their careers.

Course Overview

The qualification itself consists of your choice of four face-to-face training modules from the options below. Your specialist module choices will be followed by two written assignments. All assessment and administration fees are included in the total cost of the programme, and all assessments may be submitted electronically.

Elective

Choose any two days of training from the full range of courses. This can be taken as two one-day courses, or one two-day course. The learning advisors will be happy to help you make your choice of elective module.
