The client is an established residential home based East London, looking after vulnerable young adults (age group 11-17) who have very challenging behaviour issues.

You role as a Youth Worker / Support Worker will include:

- Supporting young people at risk / care leavers aged 16-21 within a supported housing setting

- Tailor making  Support plans/risk assessments to meet the needs with the tenant

- Keyworker

- Empowering young people.

- Safeguarding tenants

You MUST have at least 18 months Youth Work experience and MUST have valid up-to-date Enhanced CRB (less than 12 months).  You will ideally live in East London and able to work occasional nights.
