Organisation Description
Reed Training Professionals are currently seeking to recruit a Young
Apprenticeship Programme Instructor, to provide training to 14-16 year
olds on the Young Apprenticeship scheme and help them achieve the VRQ
(Vocational Related Qualification) Level 2 Technical Certificate in Light
Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
This manufacturer based job, currently provides training to 450 young people
from schools across the UK which include Solihull, Warwickshire and the West Midlands.
Job Description
The chosen candidate must have a vocational qualification in Vehicle
Maintenance and Repair (ideally L4), have a teaching/ training
qualification, experience of working with 14-16 year olds and ideally a
good knowledge of the Young Apprenticeship scheme.
It is also important for any applicants to be computer literate, passionate
about the training of young people and also have excellent communication
and people skills.
The hours of work will be Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm with possible overtime
and travel across the UK may be required from time to time.
As this job will be working with young people, a clean CRB check is
essential.
