One of our midlands based contractors who works nationwide are now looking to recruit for a Working Supervisor to work on various fast track refurbishments, throughout the Education, Commercial, Retail and Extra Care sectors, values of projects from £10k-£190k, throught the South West Region. Our clients are a £60m turnover business and have an excellent reputation within the construction and maintenance industries and are looking for someone who can help them to grow their existing project portfolio.

The successful candidate must have experience of refurbishment and Interior fit out contracts. Ideal candidate must be a self-motivated individual that does not mind getting involved, as these are small fast track projects that the successful candidate may be required from time to time to get on the tools as and when, i.e. hang a door.

Candidate must have:

• CSCS
  
• SMSTS
  
• First Aid
  
• Ideally candidates will have Asbestos Awareness and PASMA but not essential
  

Candidates with joinery / carpentry background would be looked upon favourably.
