ASOS is currently recruiting a WMS Application Support Analyst to ensure all live applications are fully supported to meet demanding Service Level Agreements being your key responsibility on a daily basis. You will analyse and resolve system related operational issues, whilst ensuring key application functions and scheduled activities are completed on time.

Suitable candidates will have experience in an operational support role, you will have a good understanding of warehouse operations as well as having some knowledge Oracle/java based applications. Your most important quality will be an in-depth understanding of the Applications Support function. Your organisation and time management skills will be second to none, as will your ability to remain customer focused in a demanding and often challenging environment.

Technical Experience

• Exposure to Oracle / Java based applications
• Commercial experience in a similar role especially working with Fulfilment Centre/Warehouse operation
• Experience of supporting Order/Stock/workflow applications

Desirable

• Red Prairie exposure
• Experience of a high volume transactional environment and mission-critical operations
• Warehousing and back office applications
