Wills and Probate Solicitor
Location: Keighley
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000

A vacancy exists for 1 to 3 yr PQE Solicitor Experienced within Wills and Probate to work in this firms Keighley office.
The position has arisen as a result of the elevation to Partner of the current post holder
The person appointed will work closely with the Head of Department also secretarial support given  in a modern open plan office.

STEP membership, either at full or student level is essential, and support will be given to complete the training if necessary.
serving both private and business clients this firm has strong links with the local business communities.
The work of the Department encompasses the normal range of non-contentious work one would expect of Wills, estate Administration, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Tax and Asset Planning Advice, Advice to Elderly Clients and their families as well as Contentious Wills, Trust and Estates.
