Welsh Speaking Telephone Service Advisor - Salary Negotiable
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm / 10am – 7pm on a rota basis, Weekend 9am – 1pm on a rota basis
F/T or P/T: Will consider Part Time Split-Shifts over the Week, payable on a Pro-rata basis, please state hours available
We’re looking for an individual to carry out customer reminder/follow-up calls for our dealerships based in North Wales, to arrange bookings for Service/MOT/Maintenance work on their vehicle.
The role also involves following up customers during the ownership cycle of their car, to ensure they are 100% satisfied with their experience with our company. Role requires a friendly personality, who has an excellent telephone manner, and someone who enjoys working to targets, both on a personal and company level. Excellent rewards are available to the right individual, and an opportunity to be part of a small but friendly team.
Previous experience in a contact/call centre environment is not essential, but desirable. Also, automotive experience would also be desirable, but not essential.
