We are looking for confident, professional and reliable candidate with previous customer service experience, preferably in a telephone based role.

Due to an expansion to their contact centre, our client is currently looking for exceptional, high calibre of Customer Service Advisors to join their reputable contact centre working on an on-going temporary basis.

Please note you must be available immediately and able to work the following weekend shifts:

Saturday from 4pm to 12am and Sunday from 11am to 7pm

This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual seeking a career in Customer Care profession.

• You will be the first point of contact for customers calling with maintenance issues
• You will be required investigate the problem and liaise with engineers to resolve the problem
• Working under deadline, the ideal candidate must have the ability to work at a fast pace and multitask
• You will also be communicating via email and additionally, recording accurate information onto the in-house data base.
