We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused individual to join our Wavertree based client on a temporary to permanent basis.
You will be taking inbound customer service calls from business customers, ensuring that each call is delivered with professionalism and outstanding customer service. In addition, you must have strong spelling skills and good keyboard skills.....these will be tested!
To be successful in this role you must have previous call centre experience, have outstanding customer service skills and be able to commit to work every Saturday between 8.00 - 18.00
Pay rate is £6.25 per hour and an immediate start is available for this great opportunity
