Avanti Recruitment is working with a leading digital agency based in Reading and are recruiting for a support manager to join the existing post implementation support team. The role includes:

Maintaining relationships with clients working across a range of support models

Booking resource, working with development and design teams in order to fulfil client requirements. Requests range from BAU amends to small projects adding new functionality to sites.

An understanding of hosting platforms would be preferable  - IIS, DNS, load balancers etc.

Previous agency experience (or equivalent) in a similar role would be an advantage.
