Web Support Analyst – Oxford - £27k
A Trainee Web Support Analyst is required by a Web Solutions provider based near Oxford in Oxfordshire. A salary of £20,000 to £27,000 is available dependent upon experience.
The successful candidate will have IT Support experience as well as a deep interest in Web Technologies. You will ideally have experience of HTML coding and experience supporting users on either websites or web based systems. Knowledge of web technologies and networking is useful, but training will be provided. You will train on the job working alongside technical staff in a data centre / web hosting environment.
Skills required:
- HTML development knowledge (Academic)
- IT Support experience in a Windows environment
- Knowledge of SQL Server or web technologies
Applicants with a service oriented work history or previous experience customer facing are at a distinct advantage. Some on call support will be required on a rota basis.
