This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation with their web, media and related services.  They have been established for 5 years and are growing rapidly.

Responsibilities:
Marketing / Services          

  • Manage the production of related customer specific software assets and system configuration where required
  • Daily responsibility for the smooth running of all marketing services software, including problem identification and liaison with lead developers to determine problem resolution.
  • Contribute to the development of the services and software under the guidance and direction of a lead developer.

Data / Web

  • To provide the development infrastructure for the Web application and various client specific objects by creating appropriate resources using Web programming and web creation skills and tools
  • Development of internal and external web based infrastructure to enable our client to develop intranet pages and objects
  • In liaison with appropriate management and operational staff, technical management of our clients bespoke software assets
  • Internal technical support (web/data systems) and management of data driven network, email and other technical infrastructure and communication systems
  • Technical support for ICT development projects

Skills and Competencies

  • Adobe Creative Suite programs, JavaScript, Ajax, SQL, Web Services / SOAP
  • Microsoft’s latest operating systems for workstations and servers
  • Knowledge and experience of media services including related software and hardware
  • An understanding of general web systems and associated technical skills.

  • The ability to organise and prioritise work, to meet deadlines and to work effectively under pressure
  • Be comfortable working with clients face-to-face to develop concepts
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Certification/Qualification in web programming/similar would be an advantage
  • Experience with Adobe ColdFusion will be an advantage
