The job:
We're looking for an outstanding designer to work from brief to creative concept on our varied portfolio of websites. Our client list includes small to medium businesses from a wide range of sectors throughout the UK and beyond. The successful candidate will also be involved in designing ongoing marketing for the brands we work with including email campaigns and landing pages.
Good growth potential exists within the current position.
About us:
Hughes Media specialises in producing websites that are simple to use, quick to load and easy to find. Most of the sites we build are based on technology that we have created ourselves. We are a young, exciting team of designers and developers based in a small but very busy office in the beautiful Teme Valley.
Requirements:
* Strong portfolio
* Exceptional creative skills
* Excellent photoshop and illustrator skills
* Good working knowledge of html and css
Bonus skills:
* Prior commercial experience
* Smarty templating experience
* Mobile phone design experience
* Javascript, and when not to use it
