Role
We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, proactive and experienced web content manager; who is highly skilled in writing exceptional conversion driven content.
He/she will assist in the delivery of creative content for the B2C departments within the firm assisting with uploading content to websites / blogs / social platforms etc.
This is a pivotal role supporting the Digital Marketing team with their ambitious growth plans.

The key skills for this role are:
To be considered for this role they will have a proven online background with a track record in creative content generation
Developing creative content following SEO best practice
Experience in producing content for professional services website
Developing / enhancing existing content
Edit and proof reading web content
Experience of web content management systems, including their usage, maintenance and management
Confidence in working as a solo copywriter
Work and collaborate with teams / departments
Identify and demonstrate issues with content
Evaluating the impact of content changes on traffic volumes, CTR, enquiry and income generated
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong organisation and interpersonal skills : able to be self-managing
Articulate and confident communicator (both written and verbally)
Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and legislation
An awareness / appreciation of online marketing (e.g. PPC, SEO, social, email, display etc)
Working with a cross-departmental team, maintaining and developing the master content calendar for all web properties
Educated to degree level / preferably with an English or journalism degree
Two years experience in managing content and production for high traffic websites
Portfolio showing content generated / proven evidence of impacts of content generated
The majority of the role will be based in Manchester however occasional travel might need to be undertaken.
Salary negotiable (as always, depends on experience).
