Basic £60,000 - £75,000 plus superb benefits package and bonus
(HNW & UHNW)
Wealth Managers or Independent financial Advisors required to advise clients on all aspects of financial planning and wealth management; to adopt a holistic approach in managing long-term relationships with these clients to deliver suitable, independent and beneficial ongoing financial planning and wealth solutions to meet their short and long-term objectives. To develop and deliver the agreed business targets whilst remaining compliant and meeting clients needs.
- To deliver fee income against agreed plan.
- To achieve and maintain competence as defined within the Company’s Training and Competence Scheme.
- To demonstrate and ensure all compliance file checks are neatly and comprehensively completed within the Company’s Training and Competence Scheme.
- Minimal number of complaints to ensure client relationship is not impaired
- Manage billing work in progress to create efficiency and service to clients.
- Ensure all activities are timely, compliant and conducted in a manner that will meet the business standards.
- Maintain an effective client bank management system to provide excellence in customer service and quality holistic advice.
- Manage with clients the level and different type of fee income to find the best solution in the interests of the client.
- Ensure that all client portfolios are reviewed in line with clients’ changing strategic requirements to ensure that you manage their risk effectively.
- Build and maintain centres of influence to initiate and nurture close relationships with professional advisers (lawyers, accountants etc.).
- To act in a professional capacity with external and internal customers to deliver the Company’s culture and ethos to build a respected and valuable business.
Skills:
Proven ability to deal with new and existing clients on a fee basis Numeracy and literacy
Wealth Management Skills:
Understanding wealth management practices and processes and communicating them clearly and effectively
Technical skills:
Technical/product knowledge and effective communication of wide ranging holistic financial planning strategies & solutions Complaint handling
Qualifications;
Diploma Personal Finance Society (Dip PFS) or equivalent At least 3 years experience working as a wealth manager or independent financial advisor
