Job Description
This director is to develop the overall plans and strategies for the watch & jewelry business and to ensure the strategy is executed that reinforce the business objectives and achievement. You will lead a team of 4 people and involve in marketing, retail operations, distribution development, visual merchandising, merchandising and product, product training and customer services. This position is responsible for a full P&L for the business.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must be degree holder. Minimum 10 years’ experience in watch and jewelry industry and preferred candidates working in a general management position. Strong business acumen with high degree of integrity and confidentiality. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and excellent analytical skills. Strong leadership capability. Good understanding of China market and customers. Proficient language skills in Mandarin and English. Willing to travel on a regular basis.
