Warranty Supervisor

Warranty Supervisor required for a Leading midland based Automotive supplier, providing hands on technical assistance for warranty based claims and issues.

To co-ordinate and follow up with the quality activities of the Program and report and record any quality concerns found on any parts supplied

• The warranty engineer will provide hands on technical assistance for component field failures, ensuring parts are diagnostic / analysed and project managed through to preventative design, supply or build action.

• To keep accurate records of warranty submissions, rejections and customer contributions towards goodwill claims.
• Responsible for establishing trends, corrective and preventative actions to support both internal and external supply chain.
• Report out at customer team reviews. Robust delivery of Quality driven projects utilising standard reporting methods such as 8D, 6 panel's, A3's.
• Ensure all warranty administrative functions within the quality department are carried out in accordance with company policy.

The warranty analyst will have prior experience of dealing with product warranty claims, preferably within the automotive sector.

You will be familiar with vehicle assembly processes, and have the ability to manage multiple deadlines and works with a sense of urgency.

You will hold a Clean driving license and a valid passport and Knowledge of an additional language would be advantageous.
