We are currently recruiting for a number of top Recruitment Consultancies in the Reading area and we need strong Sales People of Graduate calibre to fill a number of trainee Recruitment Roles.
Recruitment isn't like any other job its a Sales based role where every day is a challenge to meet your targets. People are your product and no person is the same so the role entails lots of qualification both over the phone and face to face to ensure candidates and clients alike get the person for the right role. The job is highly competitive so we look for resilient candidates who think outside the box and don't take no for an answer, to succeed in Recruitment you have to be the type of person that questions everything and always wants to control a situation. The rewards are fantastic its a job where you really can write your own pay cheque and some trainees can take home up to 50k in their first year!! Don't think this is easy though to achieve this you really do have to put a lot of work and effort in.
