Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the accurate, profitable and timely delivery of the business through skills development and effective team management
• Lead and motivate and develop staff to achieve the business targets
• Marketing strategy or objectives and its proper implementation for the assigned event
• Build up and maintain the corporate image and reputation of the company
• Achieve the desired marketing communication to the industry, staffs and clients
• Develop, refine and maintain the internal control procedures, standards and compliance requirements
• Explore new business opportunities and by diversifying the services offered to the existing clients
Requirements:
• University graduate in Finance or Marketing with SFC license
• At least 15 years working experience in marketing or client services within financial institution
• Hands on experience in manage a sizable team
• Sound knowledge of Investment Products i.e. investment linked/ pension products
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to build relationship with any level and channel
*Candidate with less experience may consider for the position of Senior Manager*
