Large prestigious company are looking for a Vice President of Finance & Administration to oversee and direct the financial affairs of its company and its subsidiaries, ensuring company assets and financial resources are utilised and oversee to administrative function to ensure efficient daily operations.

Job Description

Lead and manage the Finance and Administration Department so that the day to day financial and administration functions of the company are efficient and that the most effective financial and administration policies are developed and adhered to and the financial risk minimised.

Develop and review the financial governance of the company through developing financial policies, procedures, and processes in order to create sound operations that reduce risk and maximise profitability.

Oversee the Head of Administration to control the ongoing functions of the department including security, transportation and office.
Oversee the Head of Finance to control the ongoing financial results, budgets, capital expenditures for all departments and subsidiaries

Direct and control the treasury policy and strategy in order to maintain sufficient cash flow for day to day operations.

Oversee the financial expectations and policies for subsidiaries, and for all proposed business models in order to maximise return on investment.

Give financial directions, guidance and advice to the divisions and subsidiaries of the group and identify revenue stream opportunities so as to maximise returns to shareholders

Oversee the Payroll.
