Virtual/Pools/Lotto Graduate

Overview; To assist the Head of Department, with all aspects of marketing and promotions across the online Betfred site and Betfred mobile channels of the Lotto, Virtual and Pools products offered.

Responsibilities;

• Segment data from each product to increase cross-sell.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on Budgets, including capital, spending and costs.
• Compile promotions and detail them with the internal communications portal, providing
  the other internal departments everything they need to run a successful campaign.
• Work closely with Design, Marketing, CRM, Content and Sportsbook teams to align
  promotions and BAU. (Business As Usual)
• Work with the Sportsbook department to gather Information on upcoming Sports promotions to maximise cross-sell.
• Work with the Heads of Department, to bug fixes and test enhancements across the product range.
• Work with third parties to forge a relationship to maximise work flows and your status as an operator, which is dependant on content from these third parties.
• Have a proactive approach to cross-sell from other areas of the business and strive to
  accommodate whenever possible.
• To monitor and compile SWOT analysis on competitors and de-brief back on current
  promotions and enhancements which they offer across our core product range. Compile data on their CRM activates and SMS marketing to help keep the Betfred website and Betfred Mobile ahead of the field.

Skills/Experience Required;

• Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Access.
• Strong understanding of fixed odds betting and a good grasp on fixed margins.
• Good understanding of typical Pools functionality, as in Pool types available across Horse Racing, Greyhound Racing and Football.
• Good knowledge of both Web and Mobile/Tablet Sportsbooks and RNG Events.
• Previous experience of database collation and segmentation of data is highly desirable
  as is the ability to focus on executing flawless promotions from start to finish and providing an overview both financially and statistically perfect.
• Excellent organisation skills and an ability to multitask and work to a high degree of accuracy under pressure.
• Good understanding of Web and Mobile Sportsbooks.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
