The Position:
The job holder is responsible for the definition, orchestration, delivery, monitoring and continuous improvement of all end-to-end IT services to the Emirates Groups businesses. These end-to-end IT services can consist of a variety of technical and application services provided by different external suppliers/partners or internal IT service providers.
Manage the complexity of the service integration from the variety of internal and external specialist service providers so that the business gets a single owner for end-to-end IT services.
Support growth of the Emirates Group by providing fit for purpose and scalable IT services for all of Emirates Groups business operations.
Continuously improve value for IT investment by driving unit cost savings in IT services and improvements in service levels across the internal and external service providers.
Be an active member of the IT Executive Leadership team and lead the IT organisation as a team and contribute to the overall success of IT and the growth of the external business

Minimum Experience, Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
- Qualifications/ Trainings:
Degree or Honours in a subject relevant to IT (12+3 or equivalent)
Experience:
12 years of management experience of which previous experience should be in leading a range of functions at a senior level in IT, ideally within a service management environment in a large networked enterprise.
Major IT management experience gained in both multinational and multi-cultural environments would be an added benefit.
