As a Verint Voice Recording Support Engineer you will be the teams area product expert providing remote desktop support (1,2 & 3 tier resolution) to our external customer base for our Verint voice recoding (VR) products and solutions. If you are currently working implementing or supporting Verint voice recording products and you are looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to work within a friendly, innovative and growing team then we would like to hear from you.As the Verint Voice Recording Support Engineer we will need you to have:

- Significant experience installing or supporting a Verint VR customer base
- Excellent customer service skills
- Eligibility for Security Clearance
- Substantial experience maintaining Verint V10 solutions.
- General understanding of Avaya telephony principles & AES
- Substantial experience of one or more of Nice, Witness or ACR systems
- Verint V11 experience
- WFO/WFM experience
