User Interface Developer - HTML / CSS / Chrome / Firefox / Safari DOM - 

My client is a dynamic financial / Media software house , they are growing very quickly within the UK and need an additional UI Developer to join there team .

Based in central Reading .

Description

The responsibilities for the User Interface Engineer will include developing and maintaining the UI architecture of large enterprise systems. The successful candidate will have mastered cross browser issues long ago and will now be focused on forward thinking, modern, and standards based techniques.

The ability to lend a hand in the User Interface design is a large plus.

Qualifications

·A strong proponent of clean, valid, maintainable, and semantically correct HTML/CSS, including HTML5/CSS3

·In-depth knowledge of the capabilities of IE7-IE9, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome

·Solid knowledge of DOM manipulation

·Experience with Dojo and jQuery JavaScript libraries

·Working knowledge of 508 compliance and web accessibility guidelines

·Experience with software revision control systems such as Subversion

·Basic Adobe CS skills

·Solid communication skills

Requirements

·3 years as a UI developer

·Online portfolio or live example of work

Education

·Bachelors Degree
