Our core skills lie in the expansive area of infrastructure - the wiring of society - encompassing buildings, transport and utilities as well as work for national and local governments, and other industrial clients.
The Business Analysis unit works in the water and energy infrastructure sectors and is looking for ambitious and motivated technical, commercial and economic consultants to work in our reform and transaction advisory services team, which operates worldwide.

Our work is undertaken in developed (including UK) and developing countries and is diverse, including:
-
technical, commercial and environmental due diligence on transactions for vendors, purchasers and re-financing;
-
regulatory audits of operational performance and investment plans, including benchmarking;
-
advising on institutional and regulatory reform and restructuring;
-
investment feasibility studies and tariff studies;
-
PPP - including project development, preparation and transaction advice
-
economic and financial modelling, and asset and business valuations;
-
utility master plans, investment plans, O&M plans and business plans; and
-
strategic asset management.
-
We are interested in candidates from a range of backgrounds and levels of experience to help deliver assignments and support the growth of our business. The ideal candidates will have experience of utility infrastructure sectors and regulation, and capability in one of our core areas of technical, commercial and economic, as well as the ability to interface across all three.
