Underwriting Services Consultant

MMA Insurance plc is a general UK Insurer offering a range of insurance products for individuals and small to medium sized businesses.  They are committed to providing a high quality service to their customers and all their products are sold exclusively through a national network of over 2,000 intermediaries.

Working within our Contact Centre, you will act as an ambassador for MMA Insurance, by contributing to the development of a strong customer relationship. This will include identifying potential and alternative requirements for new and existing business and service accordingly. The role will entail being able to demonstrate a full understanding of products and services to all customers.

To be successful, you will possess:-

• Previous experience within a customer contact centre or customer facing role within an office environment.
• General Insurance knowledge would be advantageous.
• A clear and confident telephone manner, be a team player with excellent organisational skills, demonstrate a high level of accuracy & the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
