Job Title: Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: 18-25k basic (depending on experience) and OTE of; 35k in year one, 60k in year 2 and onwards and upwards for the following years

Location: My client is hiring graduates across all their UK offices (Birmingham, Bristol, London, Manchester, Reading and Leeds)

The Job

You'll be selling recruitment services to a wide range of companies - both SMEs and blue-chips. 
You will be responsible for direct sales, negotiation and growing your own business. 
You'll be developing your own list of clients that then come back to you with repeat business. 
To achieve success my client will provide structured, formal training that will develop your natural sales skills.

The Candidate

University degree (or equivalent)
You will be motivated, resilient, ambitious, commercially aware, competitive and money hungry.
Sales experience is preferred (B2B or B2C sales is ideal)

My client is very keen on seeing graduates that have 1year + of commercial experience after University.

Rewards

My client offers exceptional rewards to exceptional people. Basics range from 18K - 25K depending on experience and there are regular pay reviews at 6, 12 and 24 months. 
The commission scheme is as follows: 1st year OTEs are £35k, 2nd year OTEs are £60k and the top biller earns £300k a year!!
