Tutor/Assessors needed ASAP

Due to continued success & company growth our Client is recruiting for Tutors / Assessors to join their Learning and Development Team.

Your role will be predominantly field-based, where you will be responsible for training, assessing and supporting employed learners through government funded Apprenticeships.

Salary: £25k + bonus and company car

Job requirements:

You must hold a D32/D32 or A1 qualification and possess a minimum of 2 year’s recent experience assessing in at least 2 of the following sectors: management, administration, customer service, hospitality, team leading or retail. In addition you will meet the criteria below:

• Experience of delivering Apprenticeship frameworks
• Professional and confident manner
• Talent for training, coaching, teaching
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Up to date administration and IT skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and targets
• Ability to work on own initiative with a proactive approach
• Full UK/EU driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years (desirable)
• Flexible and willing to travel
