We are looking for Travel Agents with suitable industry knowledge and professional manner to work at their exciting offices in Newcastle. Duties include advising customers looking to book holidays over the telephone and web, and up-selling extras including hotels, parking, insurance, upgrades and insurance. You will sell various holiday packages including cruises, and ski package holidays.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, team player with exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner . To be successful you will need to be a personable with a happy, friendly disposition, and ideally with experience in a similar role.
